“What Is Enough?”
Exodus16:1-15

Dear Members & Friends of Vista La Mesa Christian Church,
The Exodus people are out in the wilderness on their arduous journey from Egypt to the promised land and they have run out of food... God provides bread from Heaven, but will this be all? Will it be enough?
In Matthew 20:1-16 Jesus tells about the kingdom of heaven that is God’s plan, comparing it to a landowner who hired workers, with what seems to be an odd payment plan. There’s grumbling in both scriptural passages. How do we learn what is fair in God’s eyes? The biblical accounts help us to think like God thinks and not to be so prone to jealousy and ill will.
