Registration Deadline extended to October 16th!

Please register online or mail in your registrations to the Regional Church office. 

Postmarks prior to October 16th please. Registrations postmarked after the 16th will be processed as an onsite registration. The Registration donation processed onsite will be $22.00 per person and we may not be able to guarantee lunch for onsite registrants. (There will be plenty of restaurants within walking distance; we will have restaurant suggestions available in the Registration area.) 

 

 

Registrations

You may pre-register in the following ways:
1.          Register online until October 16th. Click here. 
2.          Download the Registration Form, complete and mail form (and $) to:
                         Christian Church (DOC) PSWR
                         2401 N. Lake Avenue
                         Altadena, CA 91001-2418
            by October 16, 2011. 
            Please complete a Registration Form for each individual, including children.
            The early registration fee ($12.00 for Adults/Youth will apply until Oct. 16th. 
3.         If you have forgotten to pre-register, please come. The price for onsite         registration is $22.00 per person. We are not able to guarantee that lunch will be available onsite but there are lunch spots in walking distance.
